EVENT PACKAGES

Small Grove Event & Reception 
60 person capacity.
Sunday-Wednesday only
Includes grove, west field reception space, tiny house for staging area.

30 person capacity.

Wednesday-Saturday.
$500 minimum food & beverage spend
with plated meals & appetizers.

WEEKDAY EVENT
(Monday - Wednesday)

Single Day
Includes 9 guest rooms (1 double queen, 7 single queens, 1 king), continental breakfast for 20, 
all first floor indoor space (excluding kitchen), and the wine cave.


$5000 ($1000 of venue fee can be credited to food & beverage charges)
Two Days
Includes 9 guest rooms (1 double queen, 7 single queens, 1 king), continental breakfast for 20, 
all first floor indoor space (excluding the kitchen), and the wine cave. All cleanup and breakdown must be completed by 3PM on the second day.


$12500 ($5000 of venue fee can be credited to food & beverage charges.)
Three Days
Includes 9 guest rooms (1 double queen, 7 single queens, 1 king), continental breakfast for 20, all first floor indoor space (excluding kitchen), and the wine cave. One bar set up fee ($500) will be waived, along with $125 alcohol permitting fee. All clean up and break down must happen before 3PM of the third day.



$17500 ($7500 of venue fee can be credited to food & beverage charges.)


WEEKEND EVENT
(Friday - Sunday)

Single Day 
Includes 9 guest rooms (1 double queen, 7 single queens, 1 king), continental breakfast for 20, 
all first floor indoor space (excluding kitchen), and the wine cave.


$7500 ($2500 of venue fee can be credited to food & beverage charges.)
Two Days
Includes 9 guest rooms (1 double queen, 7 single queens, 1 king), continental breakfast for 20, all first floor indoor space (excluding kitchen), and the wine cave. All cleanup and breakdown must be completed by 3PM of the second day.



$15000 ($5000 of venue fee can be credited to food & beverage charges.)

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Up to 100 plain white chairs (Can upgrade to different chair,  extra charge for any numbers over 100 chairs)
  • Up to 100 white linens (white linens, red candy striped linen napkins, if other colors are desired, there may be an additional charge)
  • Guest must provide outdoor toilets (1 per 100 guests).
  • Catering food and alcohol is an additional charge and must come through Big Sky Hospitality Group
  • Food, beverage and other rentals/set up are additional to the venue fee.
  • We can cater beer and wine inside the Oddfellow Inn and we partner with Smokejumper catering for full service bars.
